Sidekick Meow 用戶隱私協議
Cosmos Determina HK Limited（下稱「本公司」或「我們」）為 Sidekick Meow 應用程式（包括 Android 及 iOS 版本）的運營者。 我們非常重視您的隱私權。本《隱私與個人信息保護政策》（下稱「本隱私政策」）適用於您通過 Sidekick Meow 應用程式訪問和使用各項服務。
一、我們收集與使用的個人信息
我們僅收集為提供核心功能（占星命盤生成、AI 對話、帳號管理）所需的最少資料：
- 註冊與登入：電子郵件、手機號碼、密碼（用於帳號建立、身份驗證、安全）。
- 個人資料：頭像、暱稱、性別、出生日期、出生時間、出生地點、現居地、時區（僅用於生成個性化命盤及分析，非其他目的）。
- 對話與互動：聊天內容、評價、反饋（用於改進 AI 品質）。
- 歷史記錄：對話歷史（提供連續體驗）。
- 交易：訂單、金額、支付方式（僅用於核對與售後）。
- 設備/網絡：IP 位址、設備型號、OS 版本、訪問時間（安全、防濫用、分析）。
- Cookies/本地存儲：提升體驗（可於瀏覽器管理）。
- 第三方 AI（如 OpenAI）：傳遞匿名化提示及必要出生資料（受 OpenAI 隱私政策管轄，我們不控制其處理）。
- 其他：匿名化使用行為數據（點擊、停留）用於內部產品優化。
我們不會收集位置精確數據、健康/金融敏感資料（除支付必要）、聯絡人等，除非您主動提供且僅限核心功能。
二、我們如何使用您的信息
- 提供個性化占星服務及 AI 回覆。
- 帳號管理、安全驗證、客戶支持。
- 改進服務（匿名化分析及 AI 訓練，不會重新識別個人）。
- 處理交易及法律合規。
我們不會將數據用於未披露目的，或賣予第三方作廣告/行銷。
三、我們如何分享您的信息
我們不賣、不出售您的個人資料。分享僅限：
- 服務提供者（如 AWS hosting、支付 gateway、OpenAI）—僅按我們指示處理，並簽訂保密協議。
- 法律要求（如法院命令）。
- 公司合併/收購（通知您）。
所有分享受嚴格限制，不用於廣告或無關目的。
四、數據存儲與安全
- 存儲地：新加坡伺服器。
- 保留期限：帳號活躍期間 + 法律要求（如稅務 7 年）。帳號刪除後 30 日內刪除（除法律保留）。
- 安全措施：HTTPS/TLS 加密傳輸、行業標準加密、訪問控制、員工保密協議。
- 事件應對：如洩露，我們將依香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》及適用法即時通知您及監管機構。
五、您的權利
您可透過 support@cosmosdetermina.com 或 app 內設定：
- 查閱、更正、刪除、轉移資料。
- 撤回同意（部分功能可能受限）。
我們將於 30 日內回應（香港法規要求）。
六、未成年人保護
本 app 不針對 13 歲以下兒童，不會 knowingly 收集其資料。若誤收集，我們將刪除。
未滿 18 歲用戶需監護人陪同。符合 COPPA 及香港相關法。
七、政策更新
重大變更將 app 內彈窗或 email 通知。繼續使用即同意更新。

Sidekick Meow Privacy Policy
Cosmos Determina HK Limited (“we,” “us,” or “the Company”) operates the Sidekick Meow mobile application (Android and iOS versions). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of Sidekick Meow services.
1. Information We Collect and Use
We collect only minimal data necessary for core features (astrology chart generation, AI conversations, account management):
- Account: Email, phone, password (for registration, verification, security).
- Profile: Avatar, nickname, gender, birth date/time/place, current location/timezone (solely for personalized readings).
- Conversations: Chat content, feedback (to improve AI).
- History: Conversation logs (for continuity).
- Transactions: Order ID, amount, payment method (for processing/support).
- Device/Network: IP, device model, OS, access time (security, analytics).
- Cookies/Local storage: For better experience (manageable in browser).
- Third-party AI (e.g., OpenAI): Anonymized prompts and necessary birth data (governed by OpenAI’s policy).
We do not collect precise location, health/financial data (except payment), contacts, etc., unless voluntarily provided for core functions.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver personalized astrology and AI responses.
- Manage accounts, security, support.
- Improve services (anonymized analysis/AI training, no re-identification).
- Process transactions and comply with law.
We do not use data for undisclosed purposes or sell/share for ads/marketing.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to:
- Service providers (AWS hosting, payment processors, OpenAI) — under our instructions and confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements.
- Business transfers (with notice).
No sharing for advertising or unrelated purposes.
4. Data Storage and Security
- Location: Servers in Singapore.
- Retention: During active account + legal requirements (e.g., tax 7 years). Deleted within 30 days after account deletion (except legal holds).
- Measures: HTTPS/TLS encryption in transit, industry-standard protection, access controls, employee NDAs.
- Incidents: Notify you and regulators per Hong Kong PDPO and applicable laws.
5. Your Rights
Contact support@cosmosdetermina.com or in-app settings to:
- Access, correct, delete, port data.
- Withdraw consent (may limit features).
We respond within 30 days.
6. Children’s Privacy
Sidekick Meow is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. We delete any such data discovered. Users under 18 require guardian supervision. Complies with COPPA and HK laws.
7. Policy Updates
Significant changes notified in-app or by email. Continued use = acceptance.
